Shipping Information


Scottcrew's Own Silicone Molds, generally, ship within 3-10 business days.
Plastic molds & supplies orders usually ship within 2 business days.
We ship primarily using USPS (Priority & Express). We will ship via UPS and FedEx but ONLY if the SHIPPING WILL BE BILLED TO YOUR UPS or FedEx ACCOUNT and the ACCOUNT NUMBER MUST BE PROVIDED ON THE ORDER FORM.

We gladly ship internationally to most countries. The most common countries we ship to are Canada, Great Britian, and Australia. For a complete list of countries served, please check our Online Store's order form.
Please note that shipping charges shown for international shipments are for shipping charges only and do not include any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be imposed on the shipment.
Our shopping cart is fully capable of quoting you the shipping price for an order.
Just go to the checkout and then complete the order form and click on the "Verify Order" button. You will then be able to see the shipping quote.
If you want to proceed with the order, click on the "Make Changes" button and complete the remainder of the order form.

Pick-up of orders is allowed by appointment only.

Return Policy


Items in our online store are guaranteed to be as pictured and described, if there is any question about a product, please contact us and ask before purchasing. All sales are final, no refunds, only exchanges of damaged or defective merchandise. Items may be returned ONLY if they have been damaged during shipment or there is a quality control issue. If the shipment was damaged, notify Scottcrew Enterprises LLC immediately to arrange for carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.
To return an item, please contact Bonnie Scott by email: returns@scottcrew.com for a Return Authorization # (RMA#) within 3 days of receiving the order. No returns will be accepted without a RMA#. Purchaser must return the item within 5 days of obtaining an RMA#.
Failure to follow our return policy will result in Restocking charges of 25%, if the product has been used a 50% restocking fee would apply, in addition to additional charges related to return shipping costs.
Shipments that are refused at their destination will be subject to a $20.00 refusal fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee on merchandise only.
No refunds will be given for shipping charges or extra fees (IE: RUSH Fee).
