Returns Policy & Terms of Service
Items in our online store are guaranteed to be as pictured and described,
if there is any question about a product, please contact us and ask before purchasing.
Once the order has shipped and left our facitlity, the order cannot be canceled.
All sales are final, no refunds, only exchanges of damaged or defective merchandise. Items may be returned ONLY if they have been damaged during shipment or there is a quality control issue. If the shipment was damaged, notify Scottcrew Enterprises LLC immediately to arrange for carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.
To return an item, please contact Bonnie Scott by email: firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization # (RMA#) within 3 days of receiving the order. No returns will be accepted without a RMA#. Purchaser must return the item within 5 days of obtaining an RMA#.
Failure to follow our return policy will result in Restocking charges of 25%, if the product has been used a 50% restocking fee would apply, in addition to additional charges related to return shipping costs.
Shipments that are refused at their destination will be subject to a $20.00 refusal fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee on merchandise only.
Shipping charges and expedited service charges (ie: Rush Order Fees) are NOT refundable.
All of our products are offered in good faith, but without guarantee. Due to the variety of industries served, and the nature of items being sold, products are sold without warranty, expressed or implied, of any kind. Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine suitability of such products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by this company. In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products.
